It is targeted towards people over 40 with poor health conditions including type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, fatty liver disease, high blood pressure,  mobility problems and sleep apnoea. It is for any individual who is keen to loose weight; adopt a healthy lifestyle and not rely on prescribed medication Look ma’, no meds! – through adopting a healthier lifestyle of exercising, nutrition, diet, meditation, hydration, breathing techniques, and by getting sufficient sleep.
